...reveals dark berry aromas intermingled with roasting spices and a thick-textured, medium-to-full-bodied character. Copious quantities of concentrated and extracted black cherries with notes of herbal spices flow over the palate. Potentially Potel.s finest 1995 (the 60 Ouvrees will certainly be in the running for this honor).

...had finished its malo-lactic fermentation just prior to my tasting. It displays beautiful aromas of sweet cherries and a silky-textured, medium-bodied and soft personality with charming flavors of fresh herbs, ripe currants and creamy Earl Gray tea. Drink between now and 2002.

...displays beautifully ripe raspberries and boysenberries, followed by a delicious medium-bodied, soft-textured, lusckous, cherry, and Asian spice-filled palate. It is an elegant and well-defined wie that should be at its best between 1998 and 2003.

...(from an enclosed parcel within the Caillerets vineyard) offers magnificent aromas of sweet and spicy (reminiscent of thyme, sage and tarragon) blackberries and raspberries. Its fabulously fleshy texture and superbly elelgant medium-to-full body is filled with gernerous amounts of red fruits. In the wien.s admirably long finish there are round and supple tannins. This outstanding wine will age gracefully , with its peak of maturity between 2000-2008.
